Company Overview
The new facility and operation, Clown Town USA, Inc. is being planned as a destination leisure, learning and entertainment facility that will cater to families, caregivers and institutions that focus or serve children ranging in age from pre-school to 3rd grade (approximately 3-8 yrs of age). The facility will offer several different entertainment/learning (“edutainment”) venues in a physical layout/scheme designed that resemble a small village/neighborhood. The concept includes streets/sidewalks, etc. with pedal cars for children, an array of shops (learning centers), entertainment offerings, food, movies, parenting activities/sessions, special functions/seminars for children, etc. The ultimate objective is to provide a truly unique entertainment venue for children and their families.
